Our client is looking for a Head Chef to lead their skilled brigade at this elegant 4 Star Hotel on the outskirts of Northamptonshire. As a Head Chef you will manage all aspects of the kitchen and oversee the Rosette Restaurant and busy Banqueting operation.


This Award-Winning hotel is fully engaged to achieving a second Rosette within the next 12/18 months and are looking for a Head Chef with the experience and passion to deliver the quality required for this goal.

Your Experience:

  • 8+ yrs in a fresh food / Rosette kitchen operation
  • Strong hotel banqueting food operation experience
  • Produced creative and inspiring dishes
  • Pay close attention to detail and commit to providing outstanding levels of guest service
  • Able to effectively communicate and lead your brigade
  • Excellent cost management track record. This includes food GP and staff costs.
  • Excellent knowledge of HCCAP
  • Food Hygiene Level 2, Level 3 would be advantageous.
